Read the disclaimer thread before you start with or using this site.

Site Rules:

  • 1.  Please post all your questions regarding any thing tutorial related in that exact tutorial thread / category, or in our Help Desk Section Only, Thanks.
  • .Note { Please do not post in the tutorial sections unless it is a question regarding the tutorial. Thanks }
  • 2: DO NOT post anything offensive. What so ever. NOTHING -- >> ( rated R -OR- X )
  • 2. No Spamming allowed what so ever.
  • 3. Be polite to other site visitors, being rude or vulgar will not be tolerated.
  • 4. Do not hijack someone else's thread. If you have a question post it as your own topic.
  • 5. General discussion threads allowed. ( only in the proper places )

  • 7. No drama.

.Note {To All Members:}

Certain Subjects and topics are cut off to the public and site visitors to try and keep the site organized and clean, and also for other reasons not mentioned here.

The tutorial section is also cut off to basic members for the same reasons and does not allow new topics to be posted,
 ( only replies if needed ),  they are for reading  / tutorial purposes only. If you have or would like to make some tutorials that you would like to post and you are a basic member and non-Mod, please send the one of the Mods or the Admin an email here on our mail system to there profile and ask for permission and you will also have to show your tutorial most likely so that it can be checked to a certain extent to make sure it is a safe and correct tutorial before you are set the permissions to post in that section or any tutorials. If you are a known helper and we know you know what your doing and your trust worthy than most likely you will have the set permissions already assigned as the Admin sees your sign up or if the Admin or Mods already knows you.

.Note {To All Visitors & Members:}

Always remember the rules and know that we can trace your IP address at anytime for certain reasons, if needed.

Thanks for checking out Xtreme Stylez.
Admin,

Tutorial Posting Rules:

For Site Moderators, Members, or users with set permissions to post tutorials Only:

PLEASE READ ALL AND FOLLOW THEM TO THE BEST YOU CAN. Thanks

  • 1: All people posting tutorials must have set permissions to post tutorials set by me the Admin or by one of the other Mods of the site.
  • 2: They must be a trustworthy person to have set permissions and tuts. An individual must be checked in advance a couple times before permissions will be set fully, so we can  make sure you know what your doing or posting and not giving out false or wrong info or tuts to people that might hurt there computers or others..  etc: etc:.
  • 3: If a Moderator or well known and trusted member can vouch for you and if you or they send us an email asking for permission you will most likely be given permission.
  • 4: All tut posters must be as in depth as possible when they post their tutorials whether the tutorials are just written tutorials with or without images, or video tuts.
  • 5: We strongly recommend and advise all tut posters to make their tuts with images or screen shots explaining and showing the steps or processes of their tuts and what they are trying to explain so it is easy to understand and included in their tuts.
  • 6: Please host all tut images on your own website (if you have one) so that the bandwidth doesn't run up from one of those free hosting sites and messes up the tuts for our visitors by missing images or anything in that form. If you do not have you own host please send one of the Mods of our site or the Admin an email letting them know whats going on and we might have something set up for you. (we also plan on setting up a FTP or gallery section just for this reason and hidden to others so can just be used to host the images.)
  • 7: Please save all you tut images or videos in a safe spot in case we need them again or if the site gets messed up , erased for some reason or whatever it may be that way we have back ups. Also email a Mod or the Admin mainly and we will save them also. You would need to email them to us in a zip type file on a private email account set up for that, and that will be given out at that time.
  • 8: Please make all your tut images max width of 700px wide when posted or even better post them in a thumbnail size with it linked to the main URL of the image and have it open in a new window when linked. This site will also auto resize the images if they are to big from a set size that i have it set at, but please do the above also just incase.
  • 10: Please post the best title / subject to explain the tutorial and also MAKE SURE to include that same detailed title in the beginning of the text body of your post right above where you start writing your tutorials, so that it will help search features like 'google' or 'yahoo' etc etc,  to find our site and find the tutorials correctly. So in other words, you will have two of the same things, one tutorial title for the subject line and then a more exact title but at the top of your post. That way all search engines can find the tutorials easily.

Example:
If your tutorial is a photoshop tutorial and has to do with blending or something, put this at the
very beginning of your tutorial:

'Photoshop blending tutorial'  (without the quotes) so that it is search engine friendly, etc etc.  and so on and so on for all different types of tutorials.

  • 11: Tutorial Posters CAN modify there own posts. They have the set permissions to do so.

.Note {To All Members:}

If you are a known helper and we know you know what your doing and your trustworthy then most likely you will have the set permissions already assigned as the Admin sees your sign up or if the Admin or Mods already knows you.
