I saw this layout, and thought I'd make one similar to that, but I went a little to far, but in a good way.

Like the layout I'm working on for MySpace???

Consider making the wings and clouds white and maybe make the 'Mike's Myspace' text white as well but other than that looks pretty good 100% better than your old stuff man

I actually started it out as white, but I thought going blue would make it look nicer.

Finished Product

I still have yet to make a flash music player, and well I'm lazy so this will do for now lol.

I agree with what Ed said & I would also make the text 1/3 to 1/2 smaller and perhaps the same with the text in the top nav buttons... but, definitely digging the whole gist if it...

that plus make a couple more sparkles/shiny spots. (if you know what i mean.

Adds style to it and more customized look.
