can the codes ed gave on this work for the contact buttons?

i hope so because i was able to move the two images without the problems i've been having with z-index-which i can see.....i guess i don't understand totally on moving-but this stuff worked really well for me

i just did the div and indexe's which didn't place them where i needed them, so, i wasn't aware of how to code that or this and that's why all the problems i've been having, that's why i asked this question, if THIS code would work for that.  i'm not clear on the last answer on that topic and haven't heard anything, so, i have no idea.
